What we collect
- Details you give us. Name, phone number, email address, city, the health concern you select and anything you write in the enquiry or consultation form.
- Health information shared during care. Symptoms, history, reports and investigations you send us, and the notes and protocols our doctors record for your treatment.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs — the pages requested, approximate location, browser and device type. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To diagnose, prescribe, follow up and maintain your clinical record.
- To send appointment reminders, follow-up messages and, where you have consented, informational or promotional messages about our services.
- To meet legal, accounting and medical record-keeping obligations.
Consent for calls and messages
When you submit an enquiry form you may tick the box authorising us to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. That consent covers appointment and follow-up communication as well as informational and promotional messages. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message or by writing to us on the number below, and we will keep contacting you only about care already in progress.
Who can see your information
Your health information is seen by the treating doctor and the care team supporting your case. Beyond that we share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, messaging and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share patient data with advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are kept for up to two years. Clinical records are retained for the period required for medical records in India, and longer where a case may need to be revisited.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to patient records is restricted to the people involved in your care, and we review those permissions periodically. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not ask for and do not want card numbers, passwords or bank details over WhatsApp or email — treat any such request as fraudulent and tell us.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for promotional contact, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
We treat minors only with a parent or guardian involved in the consultation, and any information about a minor is provided by that parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
